North West Marine (NWM) has successfully completed the supply of 104 Tritonbuoys TMF-420 floating barrier units for a marine safety project in Dubai waters. Measuring 420mm in diameter and 1300mm in length, the barriers have been deployed to restrict boats and jetskis from entering designated swimming areas and unnavigable bridges, enhancing public safety on the water.
Each TMF-420 floating deterrent barrier is connected using SS316 stainless steel wire rope for long-term corrosion resistance and dependable performance in harsh marine environments. The system also features integrated ballast for roll stability and high-visibility reflectors, for enhanced nighttime visibility, ensuring clear demarcation for mariners and other water users.
